CHARTER
Be it known that this organization is herby established to enhance a better understanding and a fuller knowledge of the propagation of waterfowl with the dedicated purpose toward control and protection of these birds. This organization shall further, and without reservation, assist all groups whose purpose it shall be to promote good sportsmanship among duck hunters and waterfowl enthusiasts.
